- 1 - button to go to the main menu;
- 2 - button to increase the tuning frequency;
- 3 - button to decrease the tuning frequency;
- 4 - button for turning on the automatic tuning mode at the station / button for browsing saved radio stations (short press);
- 5 - buttons of stations stored in memory;
- 6 - FM2 / FM3 / FM4 - buttons for turning on groups of the VHF2 range;
- 7 - button for switching the stereo-mono playback mode;
- 8 - FM1 - button for switching on the VHF1 range;
- 9 - AM - button for turning on the CB range;
- 10 - button to go to the Radio settings menu;
- 11 - button to go to the sound settings menu;
- 12 - PTY - filter for the type of transmitted programs for the automatic search for radio stations;
- 13-14 - buttons for selecting the type of transmitted programs.
Switching to radio reception mode
Switching to radio reception mode is carried out in one of the following ways:
- radio button in the main menu (rice. 2);
- removing all external drives (USB flash drive, SD card);
- MODE button (rice. 1).
AM, FM1, FM2-FM4 buttons (pic. 3) allow you to select the required range of work:
- the FM1 button switches the radio in the range (65 -74) MHz;
- the FM2-FM4 button switches the radio in the range (87,5-108) MHz;
- the AM button switches the radio in the range (522-1620) kHz.
Long press button 1 (pic. 3) leads to exit to the main menu with the sound of the radio turned off. Short press button 1 (pic. 3) allows you to go to the main menu without turning off the Radio.
Station tuning
Automatic search (auto search)
To enable auto tuning (auto search) up (down) by frequency press button 5 (2) or 6 (3) (pic. 3) and hold it for more than 2 seconds. After tuning to a radio station, auto-scan will stop.
To turn off auto search (before tuning into a radio station) tap anywhere on the screen.
Manual setting
By consecutive short pressing of buttons 5 (2) or 6 (3) (pic. 3) set the desired tuning frequency.
Automatic scanning and storing of stations
To enable automatic scanning and store radio stations, press and hold button 4 for 2 seconds (pic. 3), then the radio will automatically tune in to the frequencies of eighteen stations and memorize them. After storing radio stations, the radio will automatically switch to listening to the first stored radio station.
Touch anywhere on the screen to stop auto save mode.
Storing stations in memory and listening to saved stations
To store the selected radio station in the radio receiver's memory, press and hold one of the buttons 5 for 2 seconds (pic. 3). Switching to the stored radio station is carried out by short pressing one of the buttons 5 (pic. 3).
Stereo radio reception
During stereo reception, the OO symbol lights up on the display button 7 (pic. 3). By pressing button 7 (pic. 3), you can force the radio to switch to mono mode.
Note. Stereo mode is available on the VHF1 and VHF2 bands, subject to stable radio reception.
Searching for stations by type of broadcast programs
To select the type of program when receiving RDS stations, press the PTY button (pic. 3). (After pressing, the backlight of the PTY button should turn on) *. Buttons 3 (13) and 4 (14) (pic. 3) allow you to select the type of program to be used in the automatic station search mode.
To automatically search for a station broadcasting the selected program type, press and hold the ▲ buttons for 2 seconds (2) or ▼ (3) in fig. 3.
If there is no station with the selected program type, it will return to the original tuning frequency.
To turn off automatic search by station type, press the PTY button (pic. 3).
Note. Turning on the PTY function and searching for stations by the type of broadcast programs are available only in the RDS on mode and only in the VHF2 band.
If you are searching by program type (PTY), please make sure that the appropriate type of radio program is broadcast in your area. Otherwise, automatic tuning to a radio station is not guaranteed.
Attention! Turning on the RDS function may reduce the number of stations received by the radio. Please make sure there are RDS stations in your area.
