Drain the coolant in accordance with the requirements of Section 3, TI 3100.25100.20582.
Unload the refrigerant for vehicles with air conditioning, in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual.
Remove the trim from the front engine compartment shield.
Disconnect the supply 7, Fig. 14-1 and outlet 5 pipe of the interior heating system from the heater radiator pipes by squeezing the clamp 6 and 8 (pliers).
Disconnect the air conditioning system pipes 1 and 3 from the evaporator by unscrewing bolts 2 and 4 (replaceable head 8, extension, ratchet).

Remove the instrument panel frame in accordance with the requirements of Section 15 of this TI.
Loosen bolts 3, Fig. 14-2, securing shaft 2 of the steering control, disconnect the attachment points of harness 4 wires from the steering shaft bracket, lower the steering shaft to the floor of the passenger compartment (replaceable head 13 or Torx T30, ratchet).

Unscrew screw 1, Figure 14-3, securing the left 2 and screw 4 securing the right 3 air ducts to the crossbar 6 of the instrument panel (torx T30 replaceable head, ratchet).
Remove the left footwell heating air duct 7 by disconnecting it from the instrument panel crossbar and the housing 8 of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system unit (flat head screwdriver).
Loosen bolts 5 securing crossbar 6 of the instrument panel to the body (replaceable head 13, ratchet).

Loosen bolts 2, Figure 14-4, securing unit 3 of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system to crossmember 1 (replacement head 10, ratchet).

Remove the instrument panel crossbar by disconnecting the wiring harness attachment points from it.
Disconnect the condensate drain pipe from the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system unit housing and remove the unit from the vehicle interior.
Install the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system unit in the reverse order of removal.
Before connecting the air conditioning system pipes to the evaporator, install new sealing rings, having previously lubricated them with compressor oil.
Fill the engine cooling system with coolant.
Load the refrigerant in accordance with the equipment instructions (refrigerant Ya-134a or HFO (1234) yf, depending on the configuration) in the amount of 390±20 g.
Present the vehicle to the Quality Control Department. The Quality Control Department will check the vehicle for compliance with the requirements of this TI and TU 017200-254-0023934 in the scope of work performed.
