Removing
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake and turn off the ignition.
Remove front wheel.
Raise the vehicle to a height convenient for work.
Clean Front Brake Parts (metal brush).
Remove the front brake pads.
Additionally, for LADA LARGUS R90 vehicles with the K7M engine, unscrew and remove the bolt securing the upper guide pin and hang the caliper to the front suspension spring (wrench 17, interchangeable head 13, ratchet wrench, technological hook).
Unscrew the two bolts 1, Figure 10-1, fastening the front brake guide to the steering knuckle, remove the bolts and remove the guide 2 (interchangeable head 18, extension and collar).

Installation
Attention. After removing the bolts 1, Figure 10-1, the fasteners of the guide to the steering knuckle must be replaced, since the bolts are fixed with an adhesive applied to the threaded surface of the bolts. Bolts must not be reused.
Install the front brake guide on the steering knuckle and fix it with new fastening bolts, first apply to the threaded surface of the bolts "HIGH STRENGTH LOCK COMPOUND" in the amount of 1 g for each bolt. Bolt tightening torque 105 Nm (10.5 kgf·m) (interchangeable head 18, extension, knob, torque wrench, "HIGH STRENGTH LOCK COMPOUND" spare part number 77 11 230 112).
Attention. After removal, the bolts 3 for fastening the guide pins must be replaced, since the fixation of the bolts is carried out with an adhesive composition applied to the threaded surface of the bolts. Bolts must not be reused.
Install front brake pads.
Additionally, for LADA LARGUS R90 vehicles with the K7M engine, tighten the upper guide pin mounting bolt, first apply adhesive to the threaded part of the bolt "FRENETANCHE" in the amount of 1 g Bolt tightening torque 34 Nm (3.4 kgf·m) (wrench 17, interchangeable head 13, ratchet wrench, torque wrench, glue "FRENETANCHE" spare part number 77 11 236 471).
Install the front wheel.
Check the efficiency of the service brake system.
