Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake and turn off the ignition.
Remove the front wheel.
Raise the vehicle to a height convenient for performing work.
Remove the front brake disc (see here).
Unscrew the three bolts 1, Figure 12-1, securing the front brake disc casing and remove the casing 2 (torx T30 replacement bit, extension, ratchet wrench).

Installation
Install the front brake disc cover and secure it to the steering knuckle with three bolts. Tightening torque of bolts 7 Nm (0.7 kgf·m) (torx T30 replacement bit, extension, ratchet wrench, torque wrench).
Install the front brake disc.
Install the front wheel.
Press the brake pedal 2-3 times, check and, if necessary, top up the brake fluid level in the brake hydraulic reservoir.
Check the efficiency of the service brake system.
