Attention! Brake hoses must not have any cracks, cuts or other damage that could lead to depressurization of the brake system. Brake hoses with the indicated defects must be replaced.
Attention! Twisting of brake hoses, as well as their contact with the body and suspension elements is not allowed.
Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake and turn off the ignition (electro-hydraulic lift type P-3.2G with a lifting capacity of 3.2 t).
Before replacing the front brake hose, remove the front wheel in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.205 94.
Raise the vehicle to a height convenient for performing work.
Disconnect the brake pipe nipple from the front brake hose and remove the mounting bracket from the nipple. Remove the brake hose nipple from the mounting bracket on the vehicle body and unscrew the brake hose from the front brake caliper. Remove the hose and install technological plugs in the caliper hole, on the brake pipe and in the hose (14 mm spanner, type 41 08 11 13 wrench from "Stahlwille", technological plugs).
Disconnect the brake pipe fitting from the rear brake hose and remove the mounting bracket from the brake pipe fitting. Remove the hose tip from the mounting brackets on the rear suspension arm beam and the car body, remove the hose and install technological plugs on the brake pipes and in the hose (key type 41 08 11 13 from "Stahlwille", technological plugs).
Installation
Install the flexible brake hoses in the reverse order of removal (14 mm spanner, 41 08 11 13 type wrench from "Stahlwille", replaceable inserts 13, 14, torque wrench type 50 18 00 04 of the company "Stahlwille").
The tightening torque of the brake pipe fittings and the brake hose tip in the front brake caliper is 14...20 N·m (1.4...2.0 kgf·m).
Bleed the brake system in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.08020.
Install the front wheel in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.20594.
Check the efficiency of the service brake system in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.13062.
Present the vehicle to the Quality Control Department. The Quality Control Department will check the vehicle for compliance with the requirements of TU 017200-254-00232934, paragraphs 1.19.9, 1.19.22 in the scope of work performed.
