Removal and installation the heater radiator (Priora 2170)

If coolant is leaking from the heater, it means the radiator is leaking and needs to be replaced.

You will need a Phillips-head screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the heater (see "Removing and installing the heater").



3. Remove the three radiator mounting screws…



4. …and remove the radiator from the heater housing.



5. If the radiator is very dirty, clean it with a hair brush and blow it out with compressed air. Replace the leaking radiator.

6. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal.
