Removal



Place the vehicle on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake, turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery.

Remove the gearbox (see here).

Remove the pressure and driven clutch discs (see here).

Remove the flywheel. (see here).

Remove oil seal 1, Figure 7-1, rear crankshaft (flat screwdriver, technological hook).

Installation



Clean the crankshaft oil seal seats and the crankshaft oil seal seat on the cylinder block (wiping rags).

Install the rear crankshaft oil seal using the tool (mot. 1129-01 fixture, hammer).

Install the flywheel.

Install the clutch pressure and driven discs.

Install the gearbox.

Remove air from the clutch hydraulic drive (if available) (see here).

Connect the ground wire terminal to the battery.
