Removing
Put the car on a two-post lift, apply the parking brake, turn off the ignition and disconnect the wire terminal "masses" from the battery.
Remove gearbox.
Remove the clutch pressure and driven discs.
Block flywheel 1, Figure 8-1, with lock 2 (flywheel retainer Mot. 582-01, wrench 17).
Unscrew seven bolts 3 fastening the flywheel and remove the flywheel (interchangeable head 17, extension, ratchet wrench).

Installation
Check flywheel condition.
Clean the threaded holes on the crankshaft flange for the flywheel mounting bolts.
Clean mating surfaces of flywheel and crankshaft.
Attention. The flywheel bolts must be replaced.
Install the flywheel and screw, without tightening, the flywheel mounting bolts (interchangeable head 17, extension, crank).
Lock the flywheel with a latch (flywheel retainer Mot. 582-01).
Tighten bolts 1... 7, figure 6-8, flywheel fastenings in the specified order to the following torque:
- for K4M engine 25 Nm (2.5 kgf·m) + 50° ± 6°;
- for engine K7M 55 Nm (5.5 kgf·m) (interchangeable head 17, extension, torque wrench).

Install the clutch pressure and driven discs.
Remove flywheel retainer (wrench 17).
Install gearbox. Attach wire terminal "masses" to the battery.
