Most hazard warning lights will come on for a few seconds when the ignition key is returned and the system begins a self-test. If some warning lights are excluded or some stay on or flash after the engine is started, please contact an authorized service station for diagnosis and repair.
Low Fuel Warning Light
The lamp lights up when the fuel level is at its minimum and the square divisions of the fuel gauge (3) have been exhausted. Please fill the tank as quickly as possible if the lamp starts to light up.
Coolant temperature gauge (4)
The number of divisions displayed depends on the coolant temperature. The warning is given only when the last three square divisions light up.
Coolant Overheating Warning Light
In normal mode, the lamp lights up for a few seconds and then goes out after the engine is turned off. If after a few seconds the light comes on again and flashes or remains on continuously due to coolant overheating while driving, you should immediately stop the vehicle and turn off the engine, then check the coolant level and add it according to specifications.
Beware of burns! When the engine overheats, the cooling system is in a state of high temperature and high pressure, so it is necessary to open the radiator cap after the engine has cooled down. Do not touch the radiator fan!
ABS Malfunction Warning Light
The lamp comes on when the ignition is turned on for a few seconds, during which time the system performs an independent ABS test to confirm that it is working properly. If the light stays on or flashes after the ignition has been turned on, it means there is a fault in the ABS system. However, the vehicle is still capable of using conventional brakes (without ABS). Contact an authorized service station for diagnosis and repair. Drive carefully and try not to exceed the speed limit. Parking brake light and brake system malfunction light
Turn on the ignition and pull the parking brake, then the parking brake lamp will light up. The parking brake light will go out immediately after the lever is released. The parking brake status is indicated by a lamp.
The brake system malfunction lamp comes on if the brake system is experiencing a malfunction or the brake fluid level is below the required level (mIN position).

High beam indicator lamp

Airbag warning light

Battery charge indicator lamp
The battery charge indicator lamp is used to indicate the operating status of the generator.
The lamp lights up only when the ignition is turned on and goes out when the engine starts. This means that the generator is charging the battery.
Stop the vehicle immediately if the light comes on and stays on while the vehicle is moving and turn off the engine to check the alternator belt. If the belt is OK, continue driving to the nearest authorized service station for repair; as the battery continues to discharge, all non-essential electrical appliances should be turned off, including the air conditioning system. If the belt breaks, never continue driving and contact a specialist.
Open door signal lamp
The lamp is constantly on if the doors are open or not closed properly after the ignition is turned on.
Water in diesel fuel filter warning light
If it is constantly on or comes on while driving, it indicates the presence of water in the diesel fuel filter. Contact a service station immediately.
Electronic engine immobilizer system warning light
This signal lamp performs several functions. When the ignition is switched on, the indicator lamp lights without flashing for approximately three seconds, then goes out. The car recognized the code. You can start the engine. If the lamp flashes constantly, it means that the engine cannot be started due to blocking - the key code is not recognized. Try using a spare key.
Also, constant burning or flashing of the lamp may indicate a system malfunction. Contact your Lada dealer.
Pre-heating warning light or electronic systems malfunction

If it is constantly on or comes on while driving, this indicates a malfunction in the electrical or electronic systems of the vehicle. Contact a service station immediately.
Pre-heating indicator lamp (diesel)
The indicator lamp should light when the ignition key is in position M, this indicates that the pre-heating is on. The indicator light goes out when the glow plugs have reached the required temperature and the engine is ready to start.
Emission Control System Warning Light
