Removal
1. Remove the rear door trim ("Door trim - removal and installation").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the inner door lock handle.
3. Remove the handle rod from the holder.
4. Move the lock handle away from the door and disconnect it from the rod.
5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew screw 1 securing the intermediate rod and, after removing plastic retainer 2, release the rod of the lock button.
6. Remove the door glass guide ("Door glass - replacement").
7. Disconnect the lock rod from the outer door handle ("External door handle - removal and installation").
8. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the lock.
9. Remove the lock from the door, disconnect the wiring harness connector from it and remove the lock assembly with the rods and electric drive.
Installation
We install the lock in the reverse order.
