Removal
1. Remove the throttle assembly from the receiver flange studs without disconnecting the cooling system hoses from it ("Throttle assembly - removal, inspection, cleaning and installation").
2. After loosening the clamp, remove the brake booster hose from the receiver pipe.
3. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the three nuts securing the bracket...
... and remove the bracket.
4. Using a 10 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the nut securing the left receiver.

5. Using the same wrench, unscrew four more nuts from the side of the engine shield.
6. Remove the receiver from the engine.
7. Remove the rubber sealing rings from the grooves of the receiver flange. We replace damaged rings.
Installation
We install the receiver in the reverse order.
