Removal
1. Prepare the car for work ("Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
Caution! To avoid burns, work should be performed after the exhaust system parts have cooled to a safe temperature.
2. Disconnect the flange of the main muffler from the additional one ("Main muffler - replacement").
3. Bend back three edges of the locking plate.

4. Using a 13 mm socket wrench, unscrew the three nuts securing the exhaust pipe to the catalytic manifold.

5. Remove the locking plate.

6. Move the inlet pipe of the additional muffler away from the flange of the catalytic manifold and remove the sealing gasket.

7. Disconnect the two suspension cushions from the brackets of the additional muffler ("Exhaust System Suspension - Replacement of Cushions") and remove the additional muffler.

Installation
We install the additional muffler in the reverse order, replacing the gasket with a new one. If necessary, we replace damaged or loose muffler suspension cushions, as well as faulty clamp brackets and threaded connection parts ("Exhaust System Suspension - Replacement of Cushions").
