When operating the vehicle, pay close attention to the storage conditions. The following conditions meet the optimal conditions for storing a car:
  • a canopy where the temperature and humidity correspond to the parameters of the environment, there is constant air movement and there is no direct exposure to solar radiation and precipitation;
  • heated room (individual garage) with a temperature of at least 5°C and relative humidity of 50-70%, equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation.

If the room is heated (individual garage) has ineffective supply and exhaust ventilation, and the car is used in winter or is stored after washing without preliminary drying, then the destructive effects on protective and decorative coatings increase many times over.

Long-term storage of a vehicle in winter under a canopy or in an unheated room is permitted provided the following conditions are met:
  • 1. Drain the water from the windshield washer reservoir.
  • 2. Wash the car and wipe the body dry. Apply a preservative to the body.
  • 3. Fully charge the battery, remove and store it separately.

Car maintenance during storage (once every two months) is as follows:
  • start the car engine for 1-2 minutes, taking measures to remove exhaust gases;
  • check the functionality of systems and alarms;
  • turn off the engine.
