Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift and apply the parking brake (electro-hydraulic lift type P-3.2G with a lifting capacity of 3.2 t).
Fold the rear seat cushion forward.
Remove cover 1, Figure 8-1, of the fuel pump hatch.
Disconnect block 1, Figure 8-2, from MEBN 2.
Start the engine and let it run at idle speed until it stops completely to relieve pressure in the fuel system, ensuring the removal of exhaust gases (exhaust reel with fan type SERF/SP). Turn off the ignition.
Disconnect the ground wire terminal from the battery (spanner 10). Front fuel line tubes on cars with engines 21129 and 21179.
Remove the intake module screen.
Disconnect pipes 1 and 2, Fig. 8-9, of the fuel line from the bracket 3 of the fuel line fastening on the intake module 4 (for engine 21129).

Press the spring clamps and disconnect the tip of the fuel pipe 1 of the front fuel line from the pipe 2 by moving it along the axis of the fitting.
To remove the front fuel line tube 1
Press the spring clips and disconnect the tip of tube 1 of the front fuel line from the fuel filter by moving it along the axis of the fitting.
To remove the front fuel line tube 2
Remove the intake module in accordance with section 8.6 of this TI.
Press the spring clamps and, by moving along the axis of the fitting, disconnect the tip of tube 1, Figure 8-10, of the front fuel line from the rail 2 of the injectors.

Disconnect the 3 fastening bracket and remove the front fuel line pipe (flat head screwdriver).
Front fuel line pipe on cars with H4M engine
Remove the intake module screen.
Press the spring clips and disconnect the tip of the fuel pipe 1, Figure 8-10, of the front fuel line from the fuel rail nipple by moving it along the axis of the fitting.

Disconnect the front fuel line pipe from the fuel line mounting bracket 2 on the right support of the power unit suspension.

Press the spring clips and disconnect the tip of the front fuel line tube from the fuel filter 3 by moving it along the axis of the fitting and remove the tube from the vehicle.
Press the spring clamps of the tip of tube 4 of the rear fuel line and, by moving along the axis of the fitting, disconnect the tube from the MEBN 1.
Fuel line pipe in the lower part of the body
Press the spring clips and disconnect the fuel line tube tip from the fuel filter in the engine compartment by moving it along the axis of the fitting.
Raise the vehicle on a lift to a height convenient for performing work.
Unscrew nuts 1, figure 8-5, and bolt 2, remove protective screen 3 of pipelines (replacement head 10, extension, ratchet).
Press the spring clamp of the tube connector 2, Figure 8-7, and by moving along the axis of the fitting, disconnect the tube on the fuel tank from the fuel line on the vehicle body.
Press the clamps and disconnect the brackets 1, Figure 8-11, securing the pipelines from the vehicle body (flat head screwdriver).

Disconnect the fuel line tube 2 from the line mounting brackets and remove it from the vehicle.
Fuel line tube on the fuel tank
Press the spring clamps of the tip of tube 4, Figure 8-2, of the fuel line and, by moving along the axis of the fitting, disconnect the tube from the fitting of the MEBN 1.
Raise the vehicle on a lift to a height convenient for performing work.
Unscrew nuts 1, figure 8-5, and bolt 2, remove protective screen 3 of pipelines (replacement head 10, extension, ratchet).
Press the spring clamp of the tube connector 2, Figure 8-7, and by moving it along the axis of the fitting, disconnect the tube from the fuel line on the vehicle body.
Remove the tube from the retaining hole on the fuel tank and remove it from the vehicle.
Installation
Install the fuel line tubes on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
Note: The fuel line tube ends have green or white fasteners.
When installing the fuel line tubes, attach the tube ends to the fittings until the spring clip clicks into place. After installation, check the reliability of the tubes.
Connect block 1, Figure 8-2, of the rear wiring harness to the MEBN 2.
Install cover 1, Figure 8-1, of the fuel pump hatch.
Lower the rear seat cushion.
Connect the ground wire terminal to the battery in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.20597.
