Removal
Place the vehicle on a two-post lift (electro-hydraulic lift type P-3.2 G with a lifting capacity of 3.2 t).
Turn off the ignition, lift the hood, disconnect the ground wire terminal from the battery (spanner 10).
Remove the front wheel in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.20594.
Raise the vehicle to a height convenient for performing the work.
Remove the front wing shield in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.20599.
Disconnect connector 1, Figure 8-1, of the wiring harness from fog lamp 2.

Unscrew the two screws 3 self-tapping fastening the fog lamp to the front bumper 4 and remove the fog lamp 2 (replaceable head 8, extension, ratchet).
Installation
Install headlight 2, Figure 8-1, fog light in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque of screws 3 self-tapping fasteners of fog lamp
2 to bumper 4 front 1.5...2.5 N·m (0.15...0.25 kgf·m) (replaceable head 8, extension, torque wrench).
Replacing lamps
To replace the fog light bulb, you need to:
- turn the front wheel as far inside the arch as possible to access the front wing flap hatch cover;
- turn clockwise and remove the front fender flap cover;
- turn the bulb counterclockwise and remove it from the front wing shield hatch;
- disconnect connector 1, Figure 8-1, of the wiring harness from the lamp and replace the lamp.
Install a new lamp in the fog light in the reverse order of removal. The type of lamp to be installed is H11.
Adjust the direction of the fog light beam in accordance with the requirements of TI 3100.25100.13054.
Present the vehicle to the Quality Control Department. The Quality Control Department will check the vehicle for compliance with the requirements of this instruction and TU 017200-254-00232934 pp. 1.19.21.3, 1.19.21.6 in the scope of work performed.
