Note. the original bolts are M6, and as a result of their often unreasonably high cost, they are successfully replaced with conventional, similar bolts of the same size.
Recommendation: crankcase protection bolts have a special feature "turn sour", which leads to problems with their unscrewing, frequent disruption of their heads and threads (especially common when working with a wrench in a service station). Lubricate the bolts each time they are loosened with a suitable lubricant. Lock washers can be used to prevent unintentional loosening.
Removing
Disconnect the battery terminal and place the car on a lift or in a pit.
Raise the car (when using a lift)
Unscrew six bolts securing 2 crankcase protection, Figure 17-1, remove engine crankcase protection 1 (key required "on 10").

Installation
It is better to install the protection with an assistant so that he can support the protection for baiting bolts.
Tightening torque for crankcase protection bolts 10 Nm (1.0 kgf·m).
