General requirements
Work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Intersectoral rules for labor protection in motor transport" POT RM-027-2003 and labor protection instructions for fitters working at the enterprise.
When performing work, it is permitted to use certified equipment and tools that are functionally similar to those specified in the process instructions, the use of which ensures the required productivity, safety and quality of work.
When replacing and topping up oils and operating fluids, it is permitted to use only the materials specified in the current "Codifier of the main and auxiliary materials used in the maintenance and repair of LADA vehicles" K 3100.25100.00018.
When topping up and replacing coolant, it is not permitted to use mixtures of liquids of different brands.
General description
LADA XRAY cars are equipped with petrol, in-line, 4-cylinder, 16-valve engines with a working volume of 1.6 and 1.8 liters.
The power unit is located in the front, transverse.
Depending on the vehicle configuration, there are options for installing auxiliary equipment on engines:
- car without air conditioning;
- car with air conditioning.
