Checking the integrity of the noise-proofing mastic coating (XRAY 1)

Place the vehicle on a lift, raise it to a height convenient for work, and inspect the vehicle from underneath for the integrity of the anti-noise mastic coating, the absence of leaks and drips of oil and operating fluids in the lubrication system connections (figure 30), cooling (figures 31 and 32), nutrition (figure 33).

Make sure there is no transport damage to the body, components and assemblies.

Check organoleptically the condition of plugs, gaskets, oil seals in the engine and gearbox, as well as the breather in the gearbox. Oil leakage and dripping are not allowed.



Check the organoleptic condition of the hoses and tubes of the cooling system. Cracks and deformations of tubes and hoses, as well as leakage and dripping of coolant in connections are not allowed.







Check the condition of the fuel pipe and hose connections.

Leakage and dripping of fuel at the joints of the tank, in the connections of the tubes, cracks and deformation of the hoses and tubes are not allowed.
