Replacing the engine air filter (Largus 1)

The air filter should be replaced every 30 thousand km, but if the car is operated in dusty conditions (large city), replacement should be carried out every 15 thousand km.

For replacement of the air filter of the K7M engine do the following.

(You will need a Phillips screwdriver)



1. Lift up the air filter bracket...



2. ...and unfasten the retainer.

3. Unfasten the remaining fasteners in the same way.



The air filter cover is held in place by four clips.





4. Remove the five screws securing the air filter cover...



5. ...and take it off.



6. Remove the filter from the housing.

7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

For replacement of the air filter of the K4M engine do the following.

(You will need a TORX T25 key)



1. Unfasten the rubber strap (clamp) securing the air duct resonator...





2. ...and slide the intake noise muffler off the filter cover.



3. Lift the muffler up.

4. Remove the air intake hose tip from the holder...



5. ...and remove the intake noise muffler.





6. Remove the two screws securing the filter cover.



7. Move the cover aside and remove the filter.



8. Install the air filter element in the reverse order of removal.
