Removal air conditioner condensate from the passenger compartment (Largus 1)

On LADA LARGUS with air conditioning, when it is working, there are cases of air conditioning condensate (water) getting into the passenger compartment. In most cases, this is due to the fact that the drainage hole, which is located at the bottom of the heater housing, does not match the hole of the drainage valve installed in the car body.

This defect is covered by the warranty.

To correct this defect it is necessary, (depressurization of the heating and air conditioning system is not required) loosen the screws securing the upper part of the heater (1)...



and instrument panel cross member reinforcement mounting bolts (2)...



...move the position of the lower part of the heater so that the drainage holes coincide.



In this case, the "tongue" (3) of the amplifier must necessarily enter the "U" shaped lug (4) on the heater body.



Then tighten all loose fasteners.
