Warning: Attempting to remove the airbag module without disconnecting its power supply may result in unexpected airbag deployment.

Compress the airbag module retaining spring clips while simultaneously inserting the rods (you can use screwdrivers) into two holes located on the sides of the steering wheel...
The task is to press the spring lock (shown with the pillow removed).
Simultaneously (it is desirable that an assistant does this) you need to pull the airbag module towards you with your hands. Remove from the connection with the clamps and move the pillow to the side as far as the wiring will allow. (the work can be done alone if you press and release the locks and pull the pillow module alternately from each side)
Pry and lift the retainer.
Use a screwdriver to pry up and disconnect the airbag wiring connector.
Remove the driver's airbags completely. The module should be stored with the overlay facing up.
Warning! Do not disassemble or repair the airbag yourself.
The module is installed in reverse order.
